Manuel Rodriguez

September 10, 2011, Heart Attack.

Manuel 'Manny' Rodriguez of Langhorne, formerly of New York, passed away peacefully on Sept. 10 with his wife at his side. He was 61.

He was currently employed at Magellan Health Services in Philadelphia.

Manny was a member of Temple Shalom in Levittown where he served as a former Vice President.

He was an avid reader; enjoyed working on his computer and photography was his greatest passion.

He was a devoted husband to Avis and they recently celebrated their 40th anniversary.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Ian (Sharon), and his grandchildren, Gavin and Zayda, with whom he enjoyed spending as much time as possible, and his late daughter, Jami Rodriguez.

A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 14 at 1:30 p.m. at the Martin J. Burns Funeral Home, 1514 Woodbourne Road, Levittown.

Don Deyne

Manny was a good friend of mine at Paramount.  We spent many an hour at his place working on our chess game.  I carry a mental picture of him on his moped.  Happy time my friend.
